FAS Fire Door Foam™ – Orange Fire-Rated PU Expanding Foam for Fire Door Installations
 
FAS Fire Door Foam™ is a specially developed fire-rated polyurethane expanding foam designed for sealing perimeter gaps between fire door frames and surrounding wall constructions. As the UK's only orange fire-rated fire door foam, it has been extensively tested with fire door assemblies to provide reliable fire, smoke and acoustic performance. Designed to simplify fire door installations, Fire Door Foam™ eliminates the need for mineral fibre wool, mastic filling and specialist intumescent packers in many applications, helping installers save both time and labour costs. Suitable for use with timber fire door frames and glazed screens, a single 750ml can typically seals 3 to 4 fire door sets.

FAS Fire Door Foam™ is suitable for:
Sealing and filling cavity gaps around fire-rated timber door frames
Perimeter sealing between wall constructions and fire door frames
Fire-rated timber screens and glazed screen installations
Softwood (FD30), hardwood and MDF fire door frames
Fire door installations requiring tested fire, smoke and acoustic performance
For FD90 and FD120 fire door applications, use in conjunction with FAS Intumescent Acrylic Sealant as a mastic cap system.
