FirePro® Glue
 
FirePro® Glue is a water-based and fire-resistant adhesive supplied in 17 kg plastic tubs and 300ml cartridges. It has been developed for use with ROCKWOOL stone wool based fire protection solutions where fire-resistant adhesive is required.
 
FirePro® Glue can be applied in ambient temperatures of -10°C upwards. 
 
In moist air conditions FirePro Glue will cure in approximately 6-8 hours. At 20°C this drops to around an hour.
 
Tubs of FirePro® Glue must be stirred before use to ensure uniform product consistency. It is then applied using a pallet knife or trowel before pressing the surfaces to be bonded together. 
 
FirePro® Glue cartridges are designed to be applied using a a sealant gun, then spread evenly with a spatula or flat bladed tool.
